Processing of personal data of members

Personal data of members is processed by Go Dare for the following purpose (s):

  • Communication about club activities and / or invitations;
  • Communication about updates
  • Communication via newsletter with “athlete in the spotlight”, “sports in the spotlight”, events in the spotlight, etc.

Duration of processing

The personal data is stored and processed by Go Dare for a period that is necessary in function of the purposes of the processing and in function of the contractual relationship between Go Dare and the user. Go Dare uses the following standard terms: Customer details: 10 years Email list: 4 years

Rights

The user has the right to access his personal data at any time, as well as the purposes for which Go Dare uses his personal data. Every user has the right to request Go Dare to correct, supplement or delete his personal data. The user can contact us via the contact form. Every user has the right to unsubscribe from the newsletter. This can be done either via the contact form or at the bottom of each newsletter via the button “I no longer wish to receive these emails”.

Complaints

If you have a complaint about the processing of your personal data, we ask you to contact us directly about this. If we cannot find a solution with you, we will naturally find this very annoying. Our prices are quoted in euros, all taxes and VAT included, except for shipping costs and unless otherwise stated and subject to end of stock and involuntary errors in the title, description, price and quantity of the product. We can not be held liable for typing errors that occur on our webshop. The products remain our property until we have received the full amount. We will ship your order after receipt of your payment. The security and payment of the data of electronic payment is done by the reputable company Mollie, an all-in-one payment platform. So you do not pay directly to Go Dare. Therefore, it is possible that on your bank statements you do not see ‘Go Dare’ but ‘Mollie’ or ‘STG Mollie Payments’. Through Mollie you can pay your orders directly by using the methods below. This service is free of charge for you.

The secure offering and handling of your transactions takes place only under strict security requirements. Every day the Mollie network is scanned for various security risks. Delivery conditions and shipping costs
We ship to Belgium and the Netherlands and only to a (home/work) address. By accepting the package, you agree that the order has arrived in good order. If the package seems to be damaged, you must refuse the package and have it returned. In this case it is best to contact us by e-mail. We will find a solution as soon as possible. Shipping costs: free of charge

Returns / right of withdrawal
As a consumer you have the right to inform Go Dare that you renounce the purchase, without payment of any penalty and without giving any reason, within 14 calendar days from the day following the delivery of the article or the conclusion of the agreement. You pay the costs yourself. In this case, we explicitly ask you to send an e-mail to info@godare.events in which you mention your account number. In this way we can process the return shipment quickly. Within 14 days after we have received your order back, we will refund you the full purchase price. You can return the package via bpost or a courier of your choice. Items must be returned to us: Go Dare at Stijn Witters Martinlaan 33 B – 3670 Oudsbergen The right of withdrawal does not apply to packaging of food and food supplements already opened by the consumer or to business orders (B2B). Incomplete, damaged, opened or soiled goods used by the consumer will not be taken back.
